When traveling on Hwy 101 North or South, take the Millbrae Avenue exit heading East towards the bay. Turn right onto Old Bayshore Highway. The Airport Marriott will be on your left hand side after two blocks. When dropping off at the Airport Marriott, please leave the vehicle and keys with a valet attendant for STI Fleet Services and sign the logbook to confirm vehicle return. The airport shuttle departs every 10 to 15 minutes to deliver you to the SFO terminals. |

Please contact an STI Fleet Services representative at (800) 692-9421 to confirm the exact vehicle location and pick up procedure prior to arrival. Upon arrival, proceed to the airport's upper level marked for Departures and Ticketing. Continue to the loading zone outside and wait on the center island near the hotel shuttles and courtesy van area. Watch for a gray or white shuttle bus marked for the SFO Airport Marriott/Hyatt Hotels. These shuttles circulate approximately every 10 to 15 minutes from 4:40am to 10:30pm. As other Marriott Hotel shuttles arrive here as well, please be sure to board one destined specifically for the San Francisco Airport Marriott/Hyatt Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, tell the valet your name and that you are picking up a vehicle from STI Fleet Services. Please sign the logbook to confirm vehicle delivery.
If you are planning to pick up a vehicle between the hours of 10:30pm and 4:40am please call the SFO Marriott at the number listed above, ask for the valet or bell stand, and they will send a van for you. |
